HR Manager

We are looking for a talented HR Manager to join our team and help us manage our people, build a great work environment, and support the growth of our agency.

You’ll help us shape and manage our people operations, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and hiring.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Organize onboarding sessions for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations:
  • Be the point of contact for employee queries and help resolve any workplace issues.
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture that aligns with the company’s values.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure job satisfaction.
• Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance review process, helping managers give constructive feedback.
  • Implement development programs to help employees grow in their roles.
• Policy Development:
  • Create and update company policies and ensure employees are aware of them.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage payroll, benefits programs, and leave policies.
  • Review compensation structures to stay competitive in the market.
• HR Data and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Generate HR reports on key metrics like employee retention, performance, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management).
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
